Refund & Cancellation Policy

Session bookings

Customers may cancel pending booking requests before a coach confirms. After confirmation, cancellation and rescheduling follow the coach's stated policy and applicable consumer rules.

Coach packages

Unused session credits on prepaid packages may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if no session was booked. Contact hello@ellixorlabs.com with your order details.

Payment disputes

Payments are handled by Razorpay. For charge issues, contact us first; we will coordinate with Razorpay where required.
